First, we, the staff are proud furparents. We educate about rabies, and advocate for rabies elimination in the Philippines. We are the first DOH-certified, Philhealth-accredited Animal Bite Center in Marilao, Bulacan. This we do, in support of our advocacy against rabies. We provide quality animal bite management services, catering to low to mid-income community, where this service is most needed. You will find our fees reasonable, and definitely lower as we do not charge for other clinic fees, except for the vaccine, medical supplies used, and a little for the clinic maintenance. Doctor’s fees are always free. On that, we got you!

Second, ACSA is a staunch advocate of disease prevention, especially diabetes, hypertension, and other non-communicable diseases. We have a soft spot for Workers’ Health and Safety, but most especially, for the Informal Workers, to whom we provide lectures and health reminders, hypertension and diabetes screening.
